Lightly steamed veggies in a low sodium ginger broth for a quick lunch. Served with cilantro and nori shreds. Have been craving kale and broccoli lately, my stomach doesn’t really handle it well raw (kale is ok), so I just lightly steam it to keep most of the nutrients and help the digestion. Hi! They are really yummy! I used sprouted lentils (little more than one cup) , tomato paste (2 tsp) or a few sundried tomatoes, celery (1 stalk), bell pepper (1/2), some fresh cilantro, chili and psyllium husk (2 tsp). You can add some salt or oil if you eat it, it makes them more pliable.
Makes about 6 small ones. Bake in oven at 150C for one hour (turn over after 45 min) or dehydrate for 10-12 hours.
You can also make these with zucchini and onion! Or whatever veggies you like :)
